OUD has three other major projects in the pipeline. Subject to planning permission these are the two acre Ewert House site, the 44 acre Osney Mead industrial estate and the two acre Wellington Square site.
As each project moves forward, OUD will seek to engage with local stakeholders, residents, businesses and the relevant authorities.

Ewert House is a two acre site which could see the replacement of existing academic accommodation and surface car parking with university housing.
The Osney Mead Industrial Estate, an under-utilised, 44-acre site, is an important area of Oxford just west of the city centre off the Botley Road, less than a mile from the railway station.
Wellington Square is a two acre site in the heart of Oxford city centre which could deliver new space for further academic facilities and refurbished accommodation for graduate students.
